The type of agreement we can create together

This agreement is between [Creator Name/Business], hereafter “The Creator” and WONDR / Alpha Works, hereafter “WONDR”.

This agreement adds to (and where it differs, supersedes) WONDR’s Terms.

This agreement is open to written appendices as the collaboration evolves. Changes must be in writing and agreed by all parties.

Goals of this collaboration

The shared goal of WONDR and The Creator is to promote and sell learning experiences that enable impact startup founders to secure funding in the most efficient and effective way possible, giving them high quality content and skills that improve their chances of success.

Practical application is a focal point, as are

• adaptability,
• up-to-date relevance in a fast-changing changing environment, and
• social / community engagement.

We aim to create a safe learning space that empowers all learners and builds mutual trust (for example, to ask any and all questions without feeling “stupid” or “incompetent,” or to address any and all insecurities that participants may have about the practical implementation of a technique they learned, etc.)

Further, WONDR aims to sell memberships by showcasing quality Creators, content, and learning experiences that lead to positive real-world results.

The offers

WONDR and The Creator will offer

• A package of 4 x 60-minute sessions (AMAs and/or workshops) weekly
  • [Note: all parties agree on a certain degree of flexibility, possibly some longer in-depth sessions, if it makes sense for the learner journey]
• On-demand video access to the recordings of the live sessions for 5 weeks after each session
