As part of the collaboration, there are a few key areas to be aligned on

1) Time required

1.1 There are up to 3 times we collaborate per risk or topic that we’re covering together

Session Purpose Overview Time Commitment
1 - Preliminary discussions: internal Planning This is where our instructional programme manager will work with you to iron out the ‘lesson’ or learning we’re both trying to impact on the community 60 mins [can be split into two 30 mins sessions]
2 - Hook Workshop: first session Collaborative Marketing This is where our instructional programme manager can support in delivering the ‘lesson’ so that you don’t have to 90 mins
3 - VLAB Workshop - Session 1 Venture Lab Delivery This is where we will deliver X 90 - 120 mins
4 - AMA - second session Venture Lab Delivery This is where we will gather questions in advance and the learners are able to come back to ask you questions in a 45 minute session 45 mins
5 - Admin or dialogue Alignment We may send emails and notes together to get aligned <30 min?
Total 4-5 hours

2) Period of engagement & invoicing

2.1 Our engagement will last for the duration of the first workshop and AMA. This will be the period of time of which the invoice will be shaped around

2.2 Unless agreed, this will remain the length of time our contract lasts for in relation to expected engagement and number of workshops.

2.3 We offer our instructional designer to minimise your time on creating content. Instructional designer ensures your transformation is delivered

2.4 Your invoices can be made to the below address and our usual terms of payment are 21-30 days

3) Overview of earning potential

3.1 You get paid your hourly/monthly fees for the sessions you run

3.2 We will agree the number of sessions together, based on high impact pain points we want to cover

3.3 You can earn affiliate fees from the membership too. Monthly recurring revenues on those you signup from your network, which earn you 20% of the membership revenue - for as long as they stay a member

3.3.1 The average membership of 6 months (£995) means you earn £199 every 6 months
