An 'Ask Me Anything' [AMA] event is an online Q&A session where you, with your wealth of expertise, invite others to ask you questions about your knowledge area, to support the community in further developing their skills

It's an opportunity for the community, and your group to connect with you, and gain insights into your experiences, perspectives and opinions.

At WONR, we have designed these sessions for the community to come together, ask questions and learn from our network of experts [you!]. These sessions would be designed around a particular focus point, such as Investor Insights. They have a casual feel to them, and there should be little preparation needed from your side, as you'll be talking about your past experiences/knowledge so you'll already know the answers!

If you have partnered with the team at WONDR, you will have a group within the community in which you are a guiding voice, you can also use your group chat to help build your content strategy for your AMA sessions.

AMA's allow for an open dialogue between you and your audience, and it can be an engaging and informative way for the group to discover more about a particular subject. You can choose to answer questions in real-time, or, over a period of time, depending on your availability and how we work with you to set this up.

We want you to have the best tools, tips and cheat codes available for you to host the best AMA you can. As you already know about the subject better than anyone else, there is very little knowledge preparation you have to do, but it's always good to make sure you do the below too;

Have an Agenda:

Prepare some time in advance:

Take a little time out to think about the biggest questions you are usually asked about your area of expertise.

Write them down with a few notes, so that at the moment of the event, you can lean on them quickly and tailor the principles of those answers to the people in the room - their industry, their challenges, their customers and their outcomes.

Although you already hold this knowledge, it will never hurt to have a quick refresh of sessions topic beforehand. This will help you provide thoughtful and informative answers.
