We’ve experimented and tested different ways of building safety within groups - we’re sure you have experience here too.

To share from our perspective, this is loosely an approach we have found that maximises growth and impact:

First 2 weeks:

  1. WONDR will setup your direct group chat and ask people to welcome each other
    1. (see introduction template)
  2. In pursuit of trust and safety, we’re asking the group to complete their profiles in this period and share their passions, dreams, values and challenges they want to overcome
  3. We promote the first events together - primarily as a ‘scene-setting’ / get-to-know so that we can ease people into the topic and make sure it’s as relevant for them and their outcomes as possible.

Important note:

  1. This is not a time for selling - but certainly is for being transparent.
    1. If the conversation moves into a place as to what our long term goals are, we must have a clear and united front on what we’re creating for the group
    2. But we agree that there is no requirement for people to upgrade or purchase additional experiences - our goal will be to provide the most value possible
    3. There will be natural areas within the experience on WONDR where you can layer premium opportunities. This is the best way to help people find value ✅ / not sales ❌
