We’ve experimented and tested different ways of building safety within groups - we’re sure you have experience here too.
To share from our perspective, this is loosely an approach we have found that maximises growth and impact:
- feels safe and comfortable
- gets to know other people in the ‘room’
- connects and participates to share
- returns weekly and wants to grow/support each other
Going from stranger to collaborator
First 2 weeks:
- WONDR will setup your direct group chat and ask people to welcome each other
- (see introduction template)
- In pursuit of trust and safety, we’re asking the group to complete their profiles in this period and share their passions, dreams, values and challenges they want to overcome
- We promote the first events together - primarily as a ‘scene-setting’ / get-to-know so that we can ease people into the topic and make sure it’s as relevant for them and their outcomes as possible.

Important note:
- This is not a time for selling - but certainly is for being transparent.
- If the conversation moves into a place as to what our long term goals are, we must have a clear and united front on what we’re creating for the group
- But we agree that there is no requirement for people to upgrade or purchase additional experiences - our goal will be to provide the most value possible
- There will be natural areas within the experience on WONDR where you can layer premium opportunities. This is the best way to help people find value ✅ / not sales ❌
